Owner and estimator
In the trade since 1998, on his own since 2009. Ray does every inspection and every quote himself, and he is on site for the tear-off and the dry-in on every roof. If you get a number from Delta Ridge, Ray is the one who stood on your roof to produce it.
Office manager
Answers the phone, runs the schedule, and chases the permit so you do not have to. Marisol is the reason the crew turns up on the day they said — and the person to call if you need to move one.
Foreman
Twelve years on roofs, nine of them here. Dev runs the job once it starts: he is the one who walks the bare deck with you and marks the boards. Ask him anything while the roof is open — he would rather explain it than have you wondering.
Lead installer, tile
Tile is its own craft and Tomás is the reason we take tile work at all. Lifting, stacking and re-laying a roof without cracking it is slow, careful work that most composition crews will not touch.
All four. That is the whole company. Ray quotes it, Dev runs it, Tomás leads the tile work, and Marisol is the one who calls you the day before to confirm.
There is no sales department, no canvasser, and nobody who will knock on your door after a hailstorm. If someone tells you they are from Delta Ridge and they are not on this page, they are not from Delta Ridge.
